Total: 998 pts

Deployment/tactics:
Set up the aegis line in a corner of my zone, sit the Command Squads, Vets, Infantry blob, and basilisk behind it. Penal Legion, Scout Sentinels, and Storm Troopers in their Chimera are all outflanking (getting a +1 on reserve rolls and allowing re-rolls for which side they come in on). My biggest worry with this set up is outflankers wandering in behind my defense line and deep strikers with flamers landing next to my wall and toasting me. This is why I've got the officer of the fleet, delaying their reserves and hopefully foiling their outflankers. The quadgun also helps with this, giving me a free shot at the biggest threat to come from reserves before they get a chance to let loose on me. Opinions?

hm the only thing i don;t like is the penal legion squad there an expensive waste of points in my opinion. a vet squad with nothing is ten points cheaper and better in my personal opinion.

Only the Insane have strength enough to prosper, Only those who prosper may truly judge what is sane.

They only do one thing, the Astropath adds +1 to your reserve rolls and the Ootf adds -1 to your opponent's.

Yes but what I think hes asking is why do you need all 3? Thats 90pts. The MoO is pretty hit or miss but can do damage if he hits. The +1 reserve bonus is rather wasted as It doesnt seem like you have much stuff in reserves. The -1 to reserves could keep your opponents fliers off the board assuming they dont have anything that buffs their reserve rolls.

Really think about whether you need all 3 or not.

Almost half of my forces are in reserve, actually. The storm troopers, penal legion, and scout sentinels are all outflanking. Aside from the +1 bonus, the Astropath also lets me re-roll the outflanking roll if I wish. The Officer of the Fleet is the one I'm not totally sure about. Aside from the -1 to enemy reserves, he also allows me to force re-rolls for enemy outflankers. The Penal Legion is preferred over the vets because they can outflank, putting a troop choice on the enemy's side of the board without having to slog them across the board or buy them a transport.
