Hi all. What is the quickest, easiest method for painting a large Empire army for WHFB in Stirland colours? General plan is to make shirts green and trousers yellow. The other main colours will
be red, brown and other course metallics.

I only have access to Citadel and Army Painter products and I don't have an airbrush.

I would start with white spray, then go over it yellow. Yellow over white works really well, even if the paint is very thin. It will tend to pool more in the recesses like a wash, leaving the raised areas lighter, so it will look highlighted but saves a load of time.

Next step would be to do the same thing blocking in green areas over yellow. Yellow is an acceptable highlight colour for green, so I would do the same thing and keep the paint very thin so the yellow highlights shine through. The same is true for red over yellow.

The rest would be, detail brush and production line I guess. Or dip... I suppose it depends how detailed you want to go.
