You are allllllllllllll over the place. This will give you a feel for all the different Nurgle units, but I don't see it holding up very well against lists with some sort of synergy.

umm well where to start.....

best troop combo for nurgle is 15 plague bearers with a herald. herald has icon of fecundity for fnp on the squad. also take some psychic mastery to pop off some ap3 flames after the deep strike.

drones are cool (i personally like em) they are tough, goodish against vehicles and are a rapid moving response unit if you need some staying power in different areas of the board.

plague marine without a transport don't work generally. I usually run them with 2 meltaguns and a squad of 7/8 in a rhino.

1 beast of nurgle is useless. 3-4 can be a decent tar pit but they aren't gonna win you games by killing lots of stuff.

demon prince of nurgle is cool (again personal preference many people rage demon princes). give him wings, some psychic mastery also for the ap3 stuff and vector strike vehicles before landing and murdering most things in cc. (codex: csm demon prince has better weapon options, demon codex has better psychic powers so take your pick)

i don't really like the great unclean one, he's slow with no decent shooting at range it'll take 2-3 turns to get him to places and if it's a mobile army they'll just avoid him and shoot him to death from 36".

all in all my list usually runs with:

hq
1 flying demon prince of nurgle
1 demon herald
1 chaos lord on a bike

troops
7 plague marines, 2 melta in a rhino
15 plague bearers (kitted out like i described above)

fast
3 plague drones
6 csm bikers (this edition of 40k has been very
kind on bike units so i find most
games they win it for me along
with the csm lord)

heavy
csm predator
soul grinder

the biggest prob with your list is the lack of fire support to pop off tanks which can large blast the crap out of your units, as well as things with las/missiles/autocannons which will annihilate your bigger monsters.......

hope this helps a bit

I'm feeling bad, let me try to be a little more helpful than my last post.

Most nurgle lists I see on Dakka lack offensive power. Even Nurgles strong units lack the speed to catch anyone. Most games their foe just kills their one or two threats and then slowly kills all the cannon fodder.

The solution? Flying Daemon Princes and Plague Drones.

Drones are your troop killers. A squad of 9 of them have lots of attacks and with poison they can really up on the hurt. Make them a grimoire target to make them even beefier.

Daemon Princes are your scalpels. Give them baleswords for instant death attacks. Hunt down riptides, big bugs, terminator HQs, etc

Then the rest of your army should just be beefy defense.

Thank you for the help ! Forgive me but i forgot to mention that i also have DV and i am planning to give all CSM the MON. Should i invest in another rhino or 2 or will what i already have be just fine? I would like to be able to be extremely competitive once i become familiar with all the rules and the tactics of all units.

hmm if you wanna run plague marines probably 1 rhino is enough, more than 1 squad gets pricey.

if you're gonna run marines with mark of nurgle you could take 2 squads each in a rhino, your choice hey.

but i agree with what changerofways said you need hard hitters thats why i like the drones, demon prince and bike squad they are tough and can mow through infantry and tough things alike....
