What mk of helmet is this? Looks like 3 but it does has some differences. Also what mk of helmet would remus ventanus use? Would he use the praetor pattern such as this

The Rise of Horus cover is simply warped MK III, the covers of the Horus Heresy books are typically nonsense, hell, the scenes on them are almost never in the fething book they cover.

As for the Ultramarines helmet, likely custom made specific for that Chapter/artificer armor. It's the same with the Dark Angels, who have a LOT of custom gear.
