The 131 will be holding our annual Bitz Bazaar and gaming auction on April 12 at Off the Wall Games. (41 Russell St, Hadley MA 01035)

In addition to the standard Bitz Bazaar and auction that we have run in the past, we will also be running several small games including Warmachine Jack Arena, and Movie Marines. The club will also be supplying a BBQ lunch of hotdogs and hamburgers. If you are interested in providing any side dishes, or deserts please sign up in the auction food thread. The events are open to anyone that would like to attend, but please be advised that there will be very limited table space for open gaming prior to and during the auction. Following the auction, there should be tables for open gaming again.

Schedule:
11-1: Registration of auction items, as well as open trading for bitz. Items must be at Off the Wall by 12:30 on the day of the event to be eligible for the auction. Any items that are not brought in by them will not be able to be in the auction due to time restraints and book keeping.
1-complete: The gaming auction. All items that are placed in the auction will be presented for bidding.

Completion of the auction-7PM: Following the auction the 131 will be running the warjack arena, and movie marine events. people are welcome to continue the bitz bazaar portion of the day as well.

Specifics for buying/selling items in the auction can be found in the post immediately following this one, and will be followed. PLEASE make sure that you read the specifics prior to entering any items into the auction to avoid any complications on the day of the auction.
