In the SM codex, iirc (I've had to return it to the owner) the planet Paragon has a Space Marine Chapter, I think they're the Hands of the Emperor or something like that. Does anyone have any background on them? Who they're a successor of, colour scheme, whatever. Because I already have the beginnings of a IG army from that world after reading Baneblade, so the Paragonian SM chapter would be an ideal alliance.
