I know the new codex is coming out in a few weeks but i have a few games this weekend and i need your help,
Im mainly going vs heavy infantry Necrons, Space Marines and Orks with a few tanks thrown in.
Im currently running:
CCS: Medic, Banner, Plasma vet, Vox, Straken, MoO and 2 body guards.
3x 10 man Vet squads w/ 3 snipers and Auto cannon, Lascannon and Heavy bolter in each respective squad.
Lemon Russ Vanquisher/Battle tank w/ Pask, Plasma cannon sponsons, Heavy stubber, Lascannon.
Medusa w/ Heavy Flamer and BBS
2x Armoured Sentinels HKM, Auto cannon and Lascannon
2x 5 Storm troopers with 2 meltas each

Can someone please refine my army or is it looking ok?
We play around 1500 points but it doesnt matter a whole lot if its +-100 points as long as the armies are the same price.

right well your stuff looks mostly okay.

ccs - you need to decide if this is going to sit back and support (lascannon, MoO), or go forward and provide orders (chimera)

vets - drop the sniper rifles they aren't very good. the heavy bolter is useless the autocannon and lascannon are good but i'd put the lascannon in your ccs and leave the vets with specials the common choice is either plasma or melta.

the russ's - the vanquisher is okay but would be better if you focus on anti-tank and this is where you put pask, the battle tank should just have a heavy bolter personally as if you arn't using the main gun your wasting the tank.

sentinels - there okay.

storm troopers - there okay but will disappear in a could of metal so pick your targets carefully.

these are all my own opinions and it's up to you if you agree or disagree. i'm sure more experienced players will have there own advice to give.

Oh I'm sorry I forgot to add my CCS does have a chimera!
