This is will be my first time participating in a tournament, and as such would like some advice on the list I have planned. 35 points.

The Harbinger of Menoth
-Crusader x2
-Repenter

Max unit Exemplar Errants + UA
Min Choir (I do have a full unit, in case anyone asks, just fielding a min)

Vassal Mechanik
Vassal of Menoth
Reclaimer
High Paladin Dartin Vilmon
Paladin of the Order of the Wall x2

I might be able to buy one more thing to supplement, if that list doesn't seem strong. I also have
eFeora
pSevy
High Exmplar Kreoss

Max unit of Exemplar Cinerators

Another Repenter
Revenger x2
Redeemer
Vanquisher

Any advice/suggestions that y'all could give would be greatly appreciated.

I would suggest taking out a Crusader and the Reclaimer, and putting in the Vanquisher. You'll really want that extra ranged power I think. The Reclaimer also doesn't work all that well with Errants, as Errants like to use their Self Sacrifice ability a fair bit, and reclaimers can't get souls if they do.

Besides that, there's nothing else I'd swap in from your other stuff for the moment. I do have a couple of suggestions for things you could buy however.

Firstly, think about getting some Wracks - much better one point investment than a Mechanik in most lists, basically a free focus a turn for a point. You could buy them and do a simple swap in.

Secondly, a Reckoner kit is great too. A reckoner next to harby is actually really useful, as it's Ashen Veil gives harby concealment (+2 Def) against ranged attacks, and the MAT debuff of living models stacks with Harby's Awe ability to make her essentially DEF18 and the Reckoner essentially DEF14 against living models when she's near the Reckoner. It also is just an all around good jack.

Anyway, just a couple of suggestions, good luck with the Tourney
