Been messing around with various builds and what not. This lacks heavy range but makes up in speed and some numbers.
HQ: Chaos lord, pw, combi bolter, mon-75
HQ: Termie chaos lord, mon-105
Elites: 5x termies-157
Trps: 10x csm, mon, 2x flamers, rhino-215
Trps: 10x csm, mon, 2x melta, rhino-225
Trps: 10x csm, mon,2x melta, rhino-225
Trps: 5x plague marines 2x plas guns-150

FA: Heldrake, baleflamer-170

Tactics: deep striking the termie lord with termie group.

Csm in rhinos boost up, allowing pm and chaos lord to get into position for objectives, heldrake scouts and deals with infantry.

I think you miscalculated the points costs of your Chaos Lords.

The guy with PW, Combi-Bolter and MoN is 98 pts., Termie Chaos Lord with MoN is 120 pts.

I'd suggest getting rid of the normal Chaos Lord. You could use those points to give some upgrades to the Termie Lord, like an LC or PF, and give your CSM VotLW to increase their Ld.

I totally thought marks on the Lord's were free, haha. That makes sense now.
