what you think about that? which one should i choice? or what should i change?

Both your list is going to strugle against armour. Also you cant take a cryptek with a destroyer lord. apart from that it looks alright. I would give the anihilation barge guass cannons tho...

the 2nd list might do better if you take some more warriors instead of imortals, or try to take a little more anti tank. at 800pts you could see a land raider?

and no Ordnance weapons

The Deathmarks don't need a Nightscythe without a Despair-tek,
it would be better to give it to the Warriors so they could easily claim objectives.
Also, you would be insane not to give your D.Lord Sempiternal Weave.
I'd drop a single Wraith (4 is plenty good at 800 points), and give him the 2++, then give the Warriors more bodies.

cant take weave cuz max save is 3+....

Damn, okay, never mind, load up on Wraiths, then.
Also may want to consider taking some Destroyers, too (they are the undisputed kings of MEQ killing in our codex)
