I think it's really funny and amazing to build an army filled with massive tanks and dreadnoughts.
Here comes the list
Clan Raukaan ally with Ultramarine

Chapter tactic: Iron Hands( Clan Raukaan)

HQ
Forge masters: conversion beamer(20), Servitor(10) [120]
Forge masters: conversion beamer(20), Servitor(10) [120]
Techmarine: 2Servitor(20) [70]
Techmarine: Servitor(10) [60]
Techmarine: Servitor(10) [60]
(beacuse I am Clan Raukaan, so for each Forge masters i may include up to three Techmarines not use up a force organisation slot)

Troops
5 Tactical marines: plasma cannon(15) [85]
5 Scouts: 5 sniper rifle (5) [60]

Elites
Dreadnought: Two TL auto cannons(15+5) [120]
Venerable Dreadnought: ML and plasma cannon(10+100 [145]
Ironclad Dreadnought: Build in melta, Two hunter killer missle(20)
Assault launchers(10) Drop pod(35) [200]

Heavy Supprot
Land Raider Extra armour(10) [250]
Vindicator [125]
Stormraven Gunship TL lascannon TL multi-melta
hurricane bolters(30) [230]

Fortifications
Aegis defence lines Quad-gun(50) [100]

Ally

Chapter tactic: Ultramarine

HQ
Techmarine: Servitor(10) [60]

Troops
5 Tactical marines: plasma cannon(15) [85]

Heavy Support

Thunderfire Cannon [100]

POINTS TOTAL 2000

My strategy is : with servitors and Clan Raukaan tatics, 1 techmarine can repair on 2+, 1 allied techmarine on 4+, and other techmarines and forgemasters on 3+.
It will make my vehicles pretty hard to kill, and further more my vehicles have it will not die.
The Ironclad Dreadnought in DP can try to get first blood, marines, vindicator and thunderfire cannon take care of my opponent's infantries, LR as a heave fire emplacement, Dreadnoughts and Stormraven Gunship choose their targets depend on the situation. and the conversion beamers mounted on my forgemasters are nasty fire power too.
And i will put my techmarines behind my vehicles(and the one with 2 serviters in LR), so my opponent cannot target them easily.

Can you give me advice how to improve my list and my strategy? ( Apologize for my poor English)

Snippet from the main rulebook FAQ(http://www.games-workshop.com/MEDIA_CustomProductCatalog/m3440036a_40K_RULEBOOK_v1.5_September_13.pdf), something without a clear concusses it seems:
Q: Can models from an Allied Detachment that have the ability to repair Hull Points or Immobilised / Weapon Destroyed results from the Vehicle Damage Table use this ability on Allied vehicles? (p112)
A: No.

Is taking a second Primary detatchment an option instead? You're at 2000 points but some groups house-rule against double force orgs.

Your troops selections are worryingly small, and they can't be there to attach to the Masters of the Forge because of the Servitors right? (Unless they have a rule like Tau Drones)
If you're going to hide the tacticals in the Land Raider and Storm Raven, swap the heavy weapons for specials that can be used when they disembark.

Rather than trying to take down your super-regenerating vehicles, opponents are likely to just focus down the techmarines standing on their own first before attempting to crack the vehicles.

thanks for the advices, so i may just simply drop the allied ultramarines, and put more guys in my troops. And for the techmarines, i will try my best to place them behind the tanks or buildings, so my opponent cannot see them according to line of sight. My strategy is to bulid a tough defence line, i'm not planning to rush to the face of my opponent, just stand far away and shoot, after destroying most of his armies, my troops go out and pick the objedtives.
