Correct, they are Kickstarter rewards and have been shipped.

Alas, I started playing AFTER the Kickstarter, as did a bunch of my friends, so trying to get the one I need and help out a couple of buddies as well.

Normal sculpts will be released for most of these in a couple of months, but there are some tournaments coming up and it would be nice to have the option to field these guys.

The High Command cards are for one of the local players who bought the whole set, and the rest of us just end up playing his cards lol
