i need an armys worth of marine iron warrior sholder pads. anyone know where i can get thes in bulk or an alternative company that will do similar ones?

Sorry, but you won't find them cheaper than that (90p per pad, which isn't bad, to be fair). Not in the style, not for a whole army. Unless you happen to get very, very lucky on ebay.

You could try making a press mould perhaps? I used that technique to some effect to replicate an Iron Warrior symbol I had sculpted myself and whilst some detail was lost, it was a relatively quick and simple process and the results were fairly good once painted up. The second Iron Warrior symbol I sculpted up was a bit bulky for my liking and I (eventually) intend to use some press moulding to rectify that problem.

If you do the above method, I would recommend exaggerating the details so when they are reduced, they look better.
