So the idea with running just vets is to play off the First Born idea. All mechanized to represent the Iron Bloods regiment of the Vostroyans. This is a mechanized gun-line list with some heavy air support. The Russes will sit in ruins if possible to capitalize on 3+ cover saves. I can see this list doing well against most armies, except maybe a gunline tau, and some of the eldau/taudar lists.

I am running Colonel "Iron Hand" Straken in this list because although his fluff is that of a Catachan, he feels like a Vostroyan to me. All the cybernetics and the dedication to his soldiers. What do you guys think?
