The main body
I'm thinking 75/25 necron abyss/black
Then highlight necron abyss-> kantor blue -> ultramarine blue
Then spot highlights ice blue

What do you guys think?

I think a blue wash would be needed before or perhaps after the ice blue highlights to help blend it all in together. Maybe followed by a final set of ice blue again to make a couple spots pop.

Hmm yeah I have some of the old blue ink left. Or would a blue oil wash be better do you reckon?

Aw man I've got loads of those old inks, Yeah you could prime it white and use one of the blue/purple inks and then highlight over that.

Not too sure about the "stars" in this photo they look a lot better in person

I would suggest a purple shade. Water the wash down 1:1
