Soooo, I decided to have a go at making a fun list for 1250 points, a list that would be really hard to beat, and since I play Grey Knights I thought, Why not try it? So let's see if it works for you guys! Let's go:

HQ:
Lord Kaldor Draigo 275 points (Taking him because he's a total badass, and because the troops coming in a second)

Troops:
x9 Paladins with an Apothecary. Wargear upgrades: x4 Psycannons, Brotherhood Banner 675 points (Draigo goes Here)

Strike Squad w/ Psycannon, x4 Force Halberds 130 points

Heavy Support:
Nemesis Dreadknight w/ x1 Heavy Psycannon

Thats 1250 on the spot!

So here are some basic tactics:
What I'm hoping is to roll a 5 or 6 when rolling for Grand Strategy with Draigo, then I can give all my units either: Hammer of Righteousness(Re-roll to wound rolls of 1 for the entire game), Shield of Blades(Counter-Attack for the entire game), Spear of Light(The unit has Scout) or Unyielding Anvil(The unit can claim objectives). After that I deplo my units, Strike Squad hanging out on backfield objectives, while Draigo with the Paladin Squad and the Dreadknight advance up. I'm pretty confident that I wont lose over 5 Paladins while moving up, then just ahnnialate all the enemy units, hopefully shoot down some units while advancing with my Psycannons and Storm Bolters.
So what do ya think? I really like the Paladin fluff But what do you guys think?

The Twilight Zone

You generally don't need the apothecary for the pally's. Most weapons that ignore their armor will also ignore FNP being high strength. With swords, you get a 4++ in assault. The bro banner and psycannons are good though. Take a couple hammers for damage and a couple halberds for initiative

The strikes don't need halberds except for the justicar, and even then it is optional.

Since your running draigo, you could run a couple solodins to just deep strike in and drop their large blasts.

The nemesis could use an incinerator, and maybe a jump pack if you can afford.

For your stragety, giving scoring to the dreadknight is good and scout moves are situational. Counter attack is pretty worthless(paladins will murder just about everything regardless, and better if they charge you anyways) but hammer of righteousness is always solid.

The most important rule of 40K-Page XVII of the 6th edition rulebook, the figure at the top right of the page. "Shake hands with your opponent and thank them for a good battle and fun experience." Then go out for a beer.

What I would do is, drop the strike squad, buy coteaz (100) (put him with draigo for extra goodies) and 5 x3 squads (12 each) which some you can reserve to hold back field objectives. Though I disagree with Serling on the medic upgrade, draigo needs the FnP with the amount of shots he will be tanking.
