So I have this army, which I have already created. What I have of total units is here:
HQ:
2x Big Mekk KFF
1x Warboss
1x Warboss on a bike

Troops:
Over 150 boys
25 shootas
5x Gretchin
1x Trukk

Elites:
15 Nobs
15x Lootas
4x Nob Bikers
8x Burnas

Fast Attack:
1x Dakkajet
20x Stormboyz
2x Deffkoptas
1x Ork biker

Heavy Support:
3x KillaKannons
2x Battlewagons,
1x Looted Wagon

I am up against Eldars and Space Marines. The army I created is the following:

Am I making the best of my units, or should I make a different army list? Any and all suggestions welcomed, thanks in advance!

First off you should put all the lootas in one squad, otherwise you are practically giving away kill points. Also, take the warboss off the bike. He needs a squad to take hits for him, otherwise he is just going to get picked off in the first couple of turns. And give the shoota boyz eavy armour, there simply isnt enough of them for them to survive with a 6+ save. And put some boyz from the 30 man squads into the 19 and 20 man squads so you dont have one unit that is weaker than the rest. Finally, take the bosspole off the big mek because he doesnt need it, his unit will be leadership 9/10 anyway so they aren't running anywhere.

I think you should keep 90 Shoota Boyz (9 Big Shootas), the Dakkajet, and the Lootas.

The Lootas go in groups of 5 to help minimize bad rolls on shooting and for efficiency.

Take the KFF Mek to offer a broad cover save.

I think you take the Warboss, put him with some Nobz with a Painboy for FnP.. Put them in a trukk or DT Battle Wagon, and reserve them. Use this unit to come on the board and flatout to a forward objective or for linebreaker. If you don't want to do this and would rather deploy the warboss, than maybe consider a reserved Trukk unit of boyz for the same purpose.

I think the Kanz might be a worthwhile backfield support unit from what I see you have, perhaps with Rokkits. That and also maybe a Copta. Depending on points.

I am the kinda ork that takes his own washing machine apart, puts new bearings in it, then puts it back together, and it still works.

My plan for the army: to have the shoota boys in the trukk, the 20 boy squad on on battle wagon, and the big mek with the other 19 boys in the other. I want the other 60 boys on foot to keep the enemy sort of busy. The warboss will join the nob bikers to bring the pain. To finish it all, the lootas are at the back to provide cover.

So with what you have said, I should change the slugga boys to shoota boys, both of you have said separate things about the lootas. Also, do you both agree that I should take out the warboss off the bike? He was going to be with the nob bikers and the pain boy. I will take out the deff koptas to give the shoota boys eavy armor
