OK, well here goes. I feel like you have too many points tied up in your HQs. But that is not a big deal and you can survive with that at 1850. The huge problem is only 2 troop and while they are hard to kill, that just is not enough scoring. And claws should not be on the champs. They already have poisoned weapons so why waste that. You have too many points tied up into your rhinos. For such an easy target to open up do you really need all those points spent on something that will just be opened early. Just run them bare. The bikers are good, but I would run 2 special weapons in it. And again you have both a claw and a fist on a guy that has 1 wound and no invulnerable and has to accept challenges. I am not a fan of raptors but you can run them and be just fine. But I would either drop them or the spawn since you don't need both for a Helldrake. They are just wonderful. Oblits need VotLW now since they are no longer fearless and ld8 just doesn't cut it any more.

Overall you have way too many points spent in upgrades and not enough into the meat of the army.
