I think I organized this right and got all the values correct. Although I have no idea how efficient this would even remotely be as I play none of these armies , I just felt like writing one up and seeing what people though. also I still have 64 points to spend. I'll probably go with another Psyker.

That is a lot of armies in 2k, that said if you really want to play all this, I will put in the time to give suggestions.

I'll try it out on Vassal and some proxying with friends. It seems like it'd be a "themed" army which I think I would like. Honestly Monetarily it's not very expensive.
