Unless I'm terribly wrong, the box set isn't that interesting to me because two of the Jacks would rarely see the light of day...and not that fond of pStryker's abilities and playstyle. So here are a couple of my ideas, let me know which one you guys think is best. Please don't suggest much in the way of alternate units as I'm picking items that I want to have for my future 50pt lists that Dakka-ites helped me perfect before!!

The rules are the caster and their battlegroup only to start, 11pts max.

List 1
eHaley
- Hunter
- Lancer
- Thorn

List 2
eHaley
- Hunter
- Stormclad
- Charger or Sentinel(Have trouble narrowing this one down)

I'd probably say the second list is the strongest, with the charger, but I think you've miscounted the points cost, as both lists are 15pts. With the first list, you wouldn't need both thorn and a lancer in the same list generally, just use thorn and spend the points elsewhere.

But that said, eHaley is a little harsh in a journeyman generally. The game tends to be a little unbalanced with some casters until 35 points or so (25 isn't too bad), which is why the journeyman league usually restricts you to battlebox models (or alternate battle box sets, listed in the journeyman document). If the organiser is allowing open slather on model for everyone, go for it, but you might be a little mismatched with some others, so fair warning.

Yep, realized I was building on Forward Komm and maxing the 15 pt list instead of stopping at 11. Grr...argh. Let's try this again!

The rules are the caster and their battlegroup only to start, 11pts max....and they are currently allowing 'any caster'. I could always field a pHaley for the beginning and switch her to eHaley later. I'm just new and wanting to learn with eHaley's rules as quickly as possible.

List 1
eHaley
- Hunter
- Lancer
- Charger

List 2
eHaley
- Hunter
- Stormclad

Hunter-Stormclad would be pretty brutal with eHaley at that points level. You have a missile of almost unparalleled awesomeness (Stormclad) as well as a great early target for Temporal Acceleration & Deadeye to put out some early damage (Hunter).

I wish I had time for all the game systems I own, let alone want to own...
