I think you need to redo your math, youre 100 points over and you paid 759p for 2 squads of bikes

I first had 3 full squads but i was 20 points over so trimmed a bike ><

Why plasmas over grav guns? You get more shots out of grab guns and you don't risk hurting yourself.

Yeah I agree with the grav comments. I like 1 melta squad too. The scouts aren't doing anything for you so convert their gear into filling out the last bike squad. Another popular addition to a list like this is a beastly chapter master with shield etrnal. Drop the scouts, a talon, 1 command squad weapon for an apoth and you should be close; pretty standard whit scars tourney list.
