Is there any 40k novels mentioned Genswick Rifles? or is it a simple 'conversion potentials' of GW products sprung up by one of GW crew (and backstory comes later) ?
Are they siege regiment and fight a WW1 trench warfare just like Kriegsche do?
and homeworld background please.
1. how's their tech level?
2. planetarial language, traditions, customs, and culture .Are they 'british' or 'american' ?
3. Do they have specially designed equipment/materiel/weapons and vehicles? (Ragnarok heavy tank manufactured at its homeworld.. for example)

To my knowledge, there is no reference to them in any existing 40k fluff. The Genswick are a fan created regiment created through kitbashing IG and fantasy Bretonians. There really isn't much established on them at all as they are, as i said, a fan created regiment.

They show up once and once alone in the Gaunt's Ghosts novel "Straight Silver". They are a creation of Dan Abnett.
And they weren't a "fan created regiment" when it comes to the models that were shown either. They were done by Dave Taylor, who was a GW employee at the time he made those conversions.

In the novel they are local armies, I.e. the planet has many nations (a chaos aligned republic of Shadik that uses big bertha - style railroad guns, and several loyalists that are effectively British or Prussian). The worlds armies have bolt action rifles and spring powered mortars. their signature units are Struthid cavalry, which are large riding birds that are cybernetically linked to their riders, because the riders' guns are bolt action carbines that need two hands to operate. The genswick regiment are a foot regiment though so they don't even have that.

Who are Shadiks in the real world? 'other loyal factions that are effectively Brits or Prussian' could mean that the writer uses Napoleonic wars as a reference.. right? Where Napoleon's Grand Armee (or its predecessor. the 1st Republic ) could mean Chaos and The (Royalist) Coalitions are Imperials.
1. Napoleonic french
2. American
3. Warlord era Iraq.
4. Serbia
5. else??
