Devastating Dark Reaper

This list is from the Imperial Armor Badab war series and uses the chapter tactic of the Raptors, the successors of the Raven Guard. As such they are astounding snipers and keen tacticians and stealth operatives. Drop Pods are used to deliver a triple heavy flamer dreadnought into combat, and a sternguard squad with the shrouded master of snipers himself into some ruins within useable distance of their special ammunition boltguns turned rending. Supporting fire comes from the rear in the form of two thunderfire cannons, who provide field presence and can fight from outside the enemies attack range potentially ignoring cover. Scout teams, likely combat squaded, hide in the backfield staying out of line of sight, rending bolters gives them some form of defense against the horrors of the galaxy.
Pulling the list together is the bikers who can bring the hurt to vehicles and most elite units the scouts wouldn't be able to handle, potentially turbo boosting behind Lias and finishing off whatever target his Infiltrate Isolate Destroy special rule didn't take care of. Reserve Support comes from the Thunderhawk with Tactical Squad and tri flamer Dreadnought for objective clearing, wielding lascannons for a simple and effective anti air device. Two drop pods with five man special weapon squads can pick at opportunity targets or take it safe representing my minimal investment in redundant late game objective grabbing, perhaps using reserves manipulations from Lias to come in late.

I feel that this list has merit in a friendly and competitive setting, because it sticks to the theme of the raptors by eschewing heavy armor in favor of lightning fast surprise assaults and tactical precision, and as such can keep it's own against all but the top tier lists if properly implemented. Some of the points could certainly be tightened, and Shrike or a dual captain setup could have serious merit. But it is the Reserves Manipulation, Shrouding granting and sternguard support from the raptors as opposed to the devastating first turn charge from shrike and the beautiful raven vanguards I've been putting together, I wish I could fit them both, but that would mean dropping the bikes, which I've been neglecting for a while despite their seeming greatness, let alone the force organization charts.

Between themes and for adjustment, where would you take this list design from here?

Bump, anybody know about the raptors from the Badab wars?
