Hey mate, some great work going on in here. Nice conversions and particularly love the objective markers! Always makes a difference to be playing for something tangible and thematic rather than numbered dice.
Love the lightning effect on the Night Lords.
Bugger about the chainsword - I am guilty of the same on many occasions, or the particularly egregious mould line. It can be fixed later if it annoys you enough - and if it doesn't, it's a win anyway!
Thanks for sharing

Looks like the same size as the 3.5 to 7th edition obliterators, shouldn't that be a good enough size? If you want to be even more correct to the new models, you could just increase his base size from 40mm to 50mm. I don't think anyone would have a problem with that model obliterator.

Nice work, I always enjoyed the nightlord's color scheme, have you looked into getting some of the upgrade kit helmets? they really make the new raptor models look great
I really like the effort you put into bulking out the defense line/tank traps, they always look better when they're embedded into the landscape. Have any other terrain projects lined up?

That defense line does look more interesting raised up.
I think in the lore they were intended to be "quick and temporary" while real fortifications were being set up or something.

Guardling is right, I think, that in the lore the Aegis Defenses were supposed to be quick and temporary, but the goobermint- and especially the military- tend to utilize things long past the 'temporary' stage. For example, the 40-year-old barracks I lived in going through Basic Training at Fort Benning- 'temporary' in 1942.
I like the look you've given these pieces- it puts me in mind of the defenses around the bastion in the second Starship Troopers movie (although your Dragon's Teeth anti-tank obstacles are closer to that in physical appearance).
Nice stuff- rock on!

I think the edge highlighting/painting came out very well- and on a non-standard paint scheme to boot (the colors work very well, by the way)!
Very good detail on the weapon barrel and the tassets linked that form the kirtle, or skirt(?)- excellent painting.
Rock on.

Nice work, my only criticism is the gun also needs a edge highlight as well, probably a dark silver like leadbelcher, it looks pretty flat next to the rest of the model...

While it may be that the camera is not capturing the colors as naturally as they appear to the Mark I Eyeball, I think both the red and green washes work well. You might could say that the red works better, but frankly they convey different senses of depth rather than color- again, from the captured images.
It might be that the red would be a good general area wash, with the green for higher sections- the red seems a bit darker, the green a bit lighter.
If you're wanting to save a step in the production process, I would vote to go with the red wash.
All in all, looking very good!
