I saw this model used here on Dakka recently although I can't find that thread despite much trying. I think it's some kind of gnoblar but I just can't find what kit it comes with. Anyway, this is the model in question (not the same one I saw converted here on Dakka recently though).

Its a gnoblar, it comes in the iron guts box for Ogre kingdoms, it might also be in with the Ogre Bull's too.

The pipe wrench bit is converted though.
