The storm talon isn't open to dark angels as its not part of their codex. Just a thought seeing as you will need a SM ally to use it with.....

Type in OSL plasma in google search and you'll get thousands of examples. Dont know the project you're on but using an airbrush for osl isnt always the most effective way to do it. its just the fastest. The best osl effects are always done by hand.

I read the original post, I just wanted to confirm about fluff wise before i said.

If you are using osl to highlight a weapon on a flyer with ballistic weapons are you going for a muzzle flash on the weapon itself? because i would suggest with dark orange first then overlay with a brighter orange then two shades of yellow in the same way finished with a very center of white around the facing of the cannons. but the best way would to have some sort of green stuff added to outwardly project the flash or it could be a little confusing for someone like me,

I would suggest more of a flight light system and cockpit. as if it was put together for a night fighting mission with white or blue lights on the wings and tail and maybe a nice blue glow or green glow flowing around a dark cockpit.

Im not the greatest at painting but i have the theory craft and ideas
