Well there we have it folks all but a confirmation that 6th is out and 7th will be in.

There was much speculation it would be more like a 6.5 edition of just lumping all the updates together and the supplements.

I still say they will want to push all electronic documents and if you want your "FAQ" updates you need to re-download your book.

Interesting times, must need to give another shot in the arm to that old bottom line to make the investors happy...

Problem where I live is that there isn't a large community and the one store that sells GW stuff aren't too happy about it because it doesn't sell well.
Because of GWs policy that you need to do a minimum order we always end up with too many rulebooks that wont sell. We still have 5E rulebooks and old Fantasy ones that will never sell. We have allot of really old box sets as well.
I know we have the really old Ork set where you get a truck, some nobs, 20 boys, a big mech with shock attack gun and some other stuff. We might have the 3 leman russ box but I'm not sure.
Either way they wont be happy that there is now a new edition coming and we still have some 6E rulebooks left that will never sell.

Has anyone been to any of the local GW stores to confirm this?
