I'm no expert, but my only concern is the second plague marine squad. I would give them two meltas...at work so don't have the dex in front of me but you could probably trim options on the rhino to make points for it. It's just if the unit fires at a tank, the flamer probably wont do much, and the melta is wasted on infantry. So a bit more focus for the unit would make it more effective.
