Well, all three lists seem viable. Four Preds at the 1000 pt level are tempting.

Lol they sure are but I really can not decide what is better for a tournament list I feel like the 1st list cant deal with vehicles and the 3rd can't deal with horde... what do you suggest I do? I really am open to any idea.

Well, I'd give the Librarian blood lance and attach him to the AM melta squad. This gives you a good anti-armor unit.
The AM flamer unit is anti-infantry and in particular anti-horde.
This already provides a decent core.

Fire support during the advance of the AM is a must-have. All three lists are able to provide this, the first list in terms of the DC is more a distraction unit the enemy has to deal with, the second list should be able to destroy a hard target, and the last list with lots of heavy weapons should be able due to the mobility of the tanks to shield the AM if necessary.

a good anti hoard would be to switch the baal over to the flamer type... and give the assault squads a melta and flamer each...

Or run the best anti infantry unit in the whole codex fragioso with HF in a pod (aside from Raven´s TLAC+hurricane bolters). Btw, lists aren´t there anymore :/
