Which list is better? What changes, if any, would you make?

The first list is lacking in the dakka department. You aren't going to to be able to handle armies with a lot of armor. I'd drop Be'Lakor, too. He always gets prioritized and then you lose 350 points in the first or second turn. The second list is much better, more well rounded.
