Just want to make sure we are playing this right as i cant find a clear answer in the rulebook.

In an opposed duel, if i succeed is my opponent considered to fail the duel, therefore triggering things like Pandoras misery ability?

A point of clarification in regards to Pandora's Misery: the opponent has to have used their Wp for the duel for it to count as an failed Wp duel to trigger Misery. Pandora winning a duel using her Wp does not count as loosing an Wp duel for the opponent, unless they were also using their Wp. Example Lady J tries to attack Pandora, Justice uses her Ml in her attack, Pandora uses her Wp. If Pandora wins, she has won a Wp duel, and Lady J has lost a Ml duel, so misery does not have an effect.
