Given that the lack of skyfire weapons in the eldar codex (aside from taking fliers) fliers are always a potential problem. In past games I've been able to handle a modest amount of air via brute force w/ the serpents weapons/shields.

Wave Serpents need Scatter Lasers to have reliable AA. Twin linking the Shield is key. Drop the Starcannons. Also, if you drop the 4 extra Avengers from each squad, you net yourself 260 points, which is another squad of Avengers in a Serpent and 50 extra points. Then, if you drop the Spirit Stones from the Fire Prisms, you could run a Mantle Autarch. (Jetbike, Banshee Mask, Mantle of the Laughing God, Fusion Gun, Laser Lance) Or, you could just get two 5 man Warpsider units including Exarchs with Fast Shot and Spineret Rifles for 260 on the nose.

Agreed on taking SL on the serpents for this list, as a TAC and the fact you have 3 fire prisms you don't need anymore Ap2, other then that if you really wanted you can take a spiritseer with spirit stone of anath'an for 85pts, means you can cast 2 psychic powers that can be useful, its about the same as an autarch and not a big deal.
