Relying on the Portalglyph completely for scoring is a bit chancy. That makes a very tempting target for a deepstriking/podding/turboboosting melta. Or S9 / S10 barrages for that matter.
And that's assuming it doesn't scatter 15" out into the open when you place it.
Units of 3 nurglings aren't big enough to threaten or tie up anything, so I'm assuming they're just there to fill your 2 troops as cheaply as possible. I'd go either bigger (so you infiltrate towards and tie up/kill broadsides, longfangs, min units on quadguns etc) or change them out for scoring troops.
Do you really need the Grimoire *and* armor on all the princes? And why the 3rd Exalted gift? Eternal Blade is nice, but scoring is more important.
Maybe drop the nurglings and some gifts or MLs to fit 2 11-man units of Horrors in there? That keeps you mono-Tzeentch, which helps with Warpstorm. Probably drop the Greater Gifts - you need the Armor for combat (where you'll be, hopefully) and you can always Smash if you need AP2.
How about:
HQ:
Kairos Fateweaver 300
Lord of Change Greater Reward(2) Lesser Reward ML3 = 305
Troops:
Horrors (11): 99
Horrors (11): 99
Heavy Support:
Daemon Prince Daemonic Flight Warp-Forged Armour Exalted Reward Tzeentch ML3 = 335
Daemon Prince Daemonic Flight Warp-Forged Armour Tzeentch ML3 = 305
Daemon Prince Daemonic Flight Warp-Forged Armour Tzeentch ML3 = 305
Or to keep the Grimoire, drop two of the Warp-Forged Armors for another Exalted Gift and another Staff of Change (Lesser Gift) on one Prince You'll want to keep the Armour on the Grimoire-bearer of course.
