The Twilight Zone

With what you have, you can easily make a strong 1500.

The core of your list would look like this

Ethereal
Farseer

3 Squads of 12 fire warriors
3 jetbikes

2 squads of 5 pathfinders

3 Broadsides with EWO, 6 missile drones.
Railhead w/longstrike, disruption pods and submunitions
Sniper team

This leaves you ~350 points to play around with.I would add in a crisis team or two, and if your feeling fancy you can shadowsun or farsight to lead them. With crisis suits, dual fusion or dual plasma are generally your best bets. Also consider making a buffmander/batmander to lead crisis or broadside teams.

Your overall tactics are just to shoot the enemy into paste, using the crisis teams to spot remove hard to reach threats. Ethereal and farseer bubble in the warriors, anchoring in the broadsides. Between the invocation of the elements and psychic powers, this will be a tough nut to crack.

You could scale up to 1750 by adding a named hero, maxing out on suits and throwing in the fish.

The most important rule of 40K-Page XVII of the 6th edition rulebook, the figure at the top right of the page. "Shake hands with your opponent and thank them for a good battle and fun experience." Then go out for a beer.
