So probably the first of a few lists i'm making for the Raptors, and I hope they are good. The primary list will be using sentinel of terra rules for the CQC potential and tank busting while the secondary will be using FW's Raptor chapter tactics for the units that infiltrate before the drop happens.
Primary
HQ: Librarian (lvl 2, probably using Telepathy)-95pts
-Command Squad ( 4 melta guns and apothecary, drop pod)-190pts
Elite: Siege Dreadnought (Flamestorm cannon and siege drill, Lucius drop pod)-170pts
Elite: Centurion Devastators (gravcannons, omni-scope)-260pts
Troop 1: Tactical squad (10 marines, melta and combi-melta, drop pods)-195pts
Troop 2: Tactical squad (10 marines, melta and combi-melta, drop pods)-195pts
Troop 3: Tactical squad (9 marines, plasma and combi-plasma, drop pods)-186pts
F/A 1: Skyhammer Stormtalon-125pts
F/A 2: Skyhammer Stormtalon-125pts
H/S 1: Predator Executioner "Madame Guillotine" (plasma destroyer, Battle of keylek ((ignores cover)) storm bolter)-150pts
Allies
HQ: Issoman-175pts
Troop: Scouts (snipers, camo cloaks)-70pts
Fortifications
-Bunker (escape hatch)-80pts
____________
I picked issoman because of his reserve re-rolling ability and his Isolate, infiltrate, Destroy rule. He joins the centurions to give them shrouded and 30" range, and they go through the escape hatch to gain extra ground after turn 1. drop pod order is based on what is on the board turn 1 to take down. siege and plasma if infantry, melta if vehicles.
Like the plan?
