I can't really put my finger on what to use the final 20 pts on. Maybe I need to subtract from somewhere to add something, meh my brain is fried lol. Any ideas/suggestions/tweaks are welcome.

You can use it on combi grav's for your bike squads. List looks good not a big fan of imperial knights but if you want one then go for it.
