So I have my first wave of DZ, and am thinking of starting with my Marauders, but when it comes down to the little tank thingy, it seems as though there are two options for its armaments. One is the big "laser" cannon bit and the other is what looks to be some sort of mortar.

Which one works better and is more fun to play?

And I am thinking about snagging another one anyway after all the KS stuff ships, so don't go telling me to order another and model it the other way! Lol.

Ah, the Gun Track....

Which is more effective... depends on how you use it - but I favor the mortar.

Indirect fire, baby!

Which is more enjoyable... I favor the mortar.

Big badaboom!

I have neither faced nor played Marauders with a Gun Track, so I can only go by the stats... but I am a fan of explosives and indirect fire.

The Auld Grump, I have a cultural predilection for things what go *BOOM!*.

The reason I bought rules and became a real wargamer was because I wanted a properly thought out structure to govern the action instead of just making things up as I went along.

Trust me. Just forget this model exists.

The old meta is dead and the new meta struggles to be born. Now is the time of munchkins.

Indirect, although cant be used first turn, even if you miss the intended cube through scatter, you still hit the intended cube with 3d8.

far too many points and still painting...
