I have never put a list together and really don't know where to start. Everything is dissembled at the moment
1 Archon
I have 37 Kabalites
10 Wyches
3 Reavers
1 Raider
what can I do with this, that would be effective.

Looks like you have a battleforce and a bit extra. You can make a decent 500 point list, but not much else.
I would go with something like
Archon a la carte
9 wytches with haywire grenades and a special weapon in a raider.
10 kabbies with a dark lance
3 reavers with a blaster.

The most important rule of 40K-Page XVII of the 6th edition rulebook, the figure at the top right of the page. "Shake hands with your opponent and thank them for a good battle and fun experience." Then go out for a beer.

It's a fine start to a DE force. One thing that I've struggled with as I build my DE is that it requires so many transports. Just build up slowly, and realize that for almost every single unit you will need a raider or venom with them to make them effective.

Yeah, you only have about a 500 point thing, but I wouldn't use the raider. You don't need it for such small points list. I would use three squads of 10 with a cannon and a blaster and just hang them back taking out whatever. Then send the archon with an agonizer and the wyches with haywire grenades.
80 Archon w. agonizer
120 10 Wyches w. haywire grenades
100 10 Kabalites with cannon

Make them come to you and lay into them with poison weapons. Then send your wyches at any vehicle they will send at you, but make sure to keep them in cover while you vehicle hunt. You could also drop them to a squad of 5, stick them in a raider with retrofire jets, and then deep strike them right by that vehicle and pop it next turn. If you do that you might be able to add the reavers in as well, maybe like this.
85 Archon w. agonizer and haywire
60 5 Wyches w. haywire grenades
65 Raider w. jets and D-Cannon
200 20 Kabalites with cannons
78 3 reavers
