Working on getting my GK army up and running and looking for a few things. I need an Inquisitor model as well as a Vindicare Assassin!
I found a few Warmachine models that are way, way cheaper, and I like them quite a bit more.
Thoughts?

I have never purchased a Privateer Press model. Are they plastic, resin, metal? Will I be able to use extra 25 mm 40k bases I have lying around instead of their ~30mm bases?

Those two models in particular are metal. They should fit on a 25mm base, but you might have to cut away some of the foot tabs in order to fit them into a slotted base.

I see, sounds good! Thanks for a speedy reply and answer. One question, the 25mm bases I have are NOT slotted bases. So, I may have to rip off the into foot tab, yes? Would that pose a problem for me?

No not really - you could always cut a hole in the base if you want the tab to help make the bond to the base stronger.
