Wow that title sounded more ominous than I intended...

My name is Eric and I have been on Dakka for a long time. I have been painting minis since the early 80's and I have more minis than I will ever be able to paint in my lifetime. I have a small gallery of the minis I have painted and I have a large on-going project to build a Warhamme 40K Skaven Imperial Guard conversion army. I just finished Kitbashing a Bone'ed Bulgryn and thought this would be a perfect opportunity to document the process I used to build it.

Here is one of the first Rat Ogryn I converted. Soon I will start a new forum thread on the process of how I built my new Rat Ogryn mostly from green stuff and bits.
