I'm looking at the Aragotos, how do you handle their impetuous nature? is it much of a drawback?

The thing with Aragotos, especially the Non-Spitfire variants is that the disadvantages of Impetuous are highlighted, because they move so far with their first order.

You have to remember to put them in a place where, after moving 8 inches toward te closest enemy, they won't draw too much aggro.

The key to getting the most out of aragoto is:

Smoke: (If playing JSA, use Yojimbo to lay smoke AHEAD of them as he's just as impetuous as they are and then move him), THEN co-ordinate orders for SEVERAL aragoto (and if they are attacking anyone, minimise who can shoot back at them).

I think this is where Kum riders come out on top - they all have smoke LGLs.

Yep, but if you don't have smoke, don't take them. Smoke is pretty much needed to keep them alive until you want them to do something.

Which is why if you don't have yojimbo, you keep the bikes in cover and either burn regular orders to hold them until kitsune can throw smoke to cover them - or you have another unit with smoke (vanilla YJ).

The full-on biker lists I've seen tend to have kisaragi, Yojimbo and 4 aragoto (with two spitfires). And they benefit from the smoke and the co-ordinated orders. Not saying it's going to be easy - but eventually you will see how it works.
I'll let you know when I have that "aha!" moment myself.
