So the new FAQ dropped and replaced to old ones, how do TO's handle people not having access to the 6th edition faqs? How do they handle if the new digital only codexes update to 7th and players no longer have the old rules? I know this affects only a few tournaments for the next month or so, but the Bugeater GT is 2 weeks away and I am in this boat as a player. I am playing primary Codex Inquisitoion in both the doubles and in the GT and face the possibility of my codex upadating to 7th before the tournament.

Adeptus Sororitas also no longer have an FAQ on the GW site so contemptor bolt guns perils on a hit again? No fast blood angel vehicles?

Just looking for advise of peoples thoughts. There are no right answers.

There's the last 6ed FAqs all in one doc. Would assume the event would at least use those and also have some of their own answers to what's not covered there.

snoogums: "Just because something is not relavant doesn't mean it goes away completely."

Iorek: "Snoogums, you're right. Your arguments are irrelevant, and they sure as heck aren't going away."

Thanks that helps, but what if my codex changes before then?

Ask the TO, not random people on a forum. If they want to run an event with an obsolete version of the rules then they should have some way of getting access to the old rules.

There is no such thing as a hobby without politics. "Leave politics at the door" is itself a political statement, an endorsement of the status quo and an attempt to silence dissenting voices.

Agree with Peregrine, if they run the tournament they sort the problem.

If they haven't had the foresight to download all the 6th FAQs before 7th hit the shelves they should run a 7th tournament
