I am new to the hobby and to the forums.From the Chicago area. Started an ork army and about to painting soon. Getting nervous because I have never painted miniatures!

Hello and welcome to Dakka! Since it your first time painting I would suggest using a test model first until you find the color scheme that just right for you. There also a lot of painting articles on this site that will help you out.
