When you decloak, you must use the [ [left bank] 2] or [ [right bank] 2] template instead of the [ [forward] 2] template.

As I read this. With AS decloak, must immediatley make a soft 2 left or right, then proceed to uncover movement dial.

Nope, not quite. You can make a normal 1-2 bank "maneuver" (which is not actually a maneuver, just placing the ship at the end of the template), or you can place the template on the side of the ship like you're performing a barrel roll. You have the same forward/left/right options as a normal phantom, you just use the curved template instead of the straight one.
