I ordered some resin conversion parts from puppets war. I have never had any problems ordering parts from other European companies but this time it's taking forever and having a hard time getting any response. Anyone know about puppetswar.eu or ordered from them before?

Similar, ordered some stuff, it arrived missing bits. Emailed, after a few days I received assurances I'd get the bits ASAP.

Rinse and repeat over the course of about 5 weeks and I did eventually get my stuff, plus a few extra bits too.

Only ever got replies from the same lady though, so if she's on holiday/moved on, then that may be causing disruption.

Bottom line is I don't think you're in danger of being screwed over, but their CS aren't phenomenal (look at their example here, rather than address the issues with casting quality people raised in their thread in N+R, they just stopped posting altogether)

I've only ordered from them once, but everything went fine. Delivery took a while, but they are in Poland, and I am in the UK so I expected it to take at least 3 weeks.

I've only used them once, but would use them again. The initial postage took a while (again, Poland to UK; the time was comparable to the also-polish Maxmini), and when it arrived it turned out my order seemed to have been mixed up with another, similar order (2 each of 2 sets of heads and some large flying bases, where I had ordered 1 of each set and some 25mm bases). I contacted them about it, got a terribly polite response and had my missing bases through the door two days later. So yeah, top marks for customer service. And now I have these unexpected flying bases I guess I have to build some kind of hover-monster... it's a good problem.

This said, bear in mind that certain products have very fragile details. These guys have a tough time surviving shipping with all those bits still in place.
