Basically what I'm asking is are there any 40k novels themed around Eldar Corsairs? There's a nice bit of fluff on them in the Eldar Path trilogy and old codex entries about corsairs I've always found interesting but its hard getting my hands on books about them.

Path of the Outcast is probably your best and only bet.

Valedor goes into some discussion about Yriel's band as well.

I've read both, and enjoyed both but I was hoping there might have been other novels out there. Sadly it doesn't look like it

While not a novel, you might want to take a look at IA11.
That book even has an Eldar Corsair army.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

Yeah, the fluff about corsairs in IA11 is pretty good, too.
