Hi, I am currently using a mirkwood army and at first I enjoyed it but Im getting a bit bored of it now, not because i cant win with them (I can), I guess there just isnt much fun stuff in the army. Im thinking of selling it but I dont know if it is worth selling or if I should improve it or if the list looks fun to you or anything like that.

So basically im looking for a few things: 1) is this a good list? 2) what could I do to make it better/more fun? 3) would people be interested in buying/swapping it? (Not you guys, I mean is it likely that people would pay anything for it?)

Anyway here it is:

Thranduil with elf bow and armour
10 palace guard with 6 shields, 6 spears and 4 swords

Tauriel
12 mirkwood rangers

I also have 10 wood elf warriors (2 bows, 4 spears, 4 shields) but I havnt managed to work them into a list.

So let me know what you guys think and get back to me with any feedback you can give (any help is much appreciated)

I think that adding eagles or that shape-shifting bear guy (!) might make your force more fun to play. But I'm speaking out of speculation, not personal experience.

If you want more fun units add cavalry or eagles. Anything that moves fast. Good for rolling up flanks and support your main force. Don't just limit yourself to the actual hobbit models get the free people's source book and go from there. Think about adding some specialty troops like sentinels. As your army grows you may want to think about adding a banner or hornblower.

As a high elf player I suggest adding those, they aren't as "squishy" as woodelves (WHF) better defense.
