Nope, doesn't appear to be available on Kindle for US users. Tried .com and only real books, no electronic versions come up :(

Nothing on the Canadian side, I asked them if they could do something for us, but considering the time over here, they must all be out of office.

You can buy these from anywhere. First add any UK adress to your account. Then go into manage your content devices -> settings and change your country to uk. Now go buy the books, say yes when it asks you to transfer your account. Don't worry, after you're done just go to settings and change back to US, your account will be transferred back. You can still download your UK purchases though
