What part of Central FL? I host a game night most Fridays in Orlando. Paladin Tech and Game has Infinity players on Saturdays. Armada games in Tampa also supports Infinity and I believe Critical Hit game sin ST Pete has a infinity community as well. Armada Games in Tampa already has a demo copy of Icestorm as well if you want to put hands and eyes on it.
