Simple question.

How do I get these today?

Legitimately? Ebay.
Other methods cannot be discussed here.
Keep in mind, these games were on floppy disks, so, unless you have the appropriate disk drive to use them, you'll want to look for the cd-based collections that were sold for awhile.

In the late 90's SSI did a CD-rom collection of all of their Ravenloft and Forgotten Realms games. Those run at nearly $100+ now though. Wish I new where my cd's had gone...

DOSBox should be able to run it, I would think.

Shame the Dark Queen of Krynn is not one of them. It was the best of the series imho.

I still have the Eye of the Beholder series on disc, with their original box as well as the original box with the Dark Queen of Krynn (those are floppy's though).

Back to OP; (EDIT: Appearantly abandonware is still illegal so cannot discuss it here (you might have read it anyways) but will edit it out so to save a Mod some work).

As for the physical copies, Ebay sounds good. And no, you cannot buy my EoB collection

Kind regards,

Low

Just to make this clear: abandonware does NOT mean that it's legal to download. It's still illegal.

Abandonware simply means that the rightsholder usually does not care anymore.
